5% GST will applicable on total billing.

Parking is available in Saras Resort, Charges Will be paid by guest only.

Guest will be picked-up form Lake Bank and will be dropped at Resort by Boat. Minimum 15 people must be on boat to start, otherwise guest may have to wait. It includes pick-up and drop only, no other ridings included in this.

Any other extra’s apart from the package paid directly in resort by cash only.

Advance Payment of 50% amount at the booking time & balance at the time of check-in.

Drivers/attendants not permitted inside the Resort. It is on a chargeable basis.

Any damage caused to the property including trampling of plants will be chargeable.

The guests will be bound by all the house rules, regulations, and by-laws in force during their stay.

Minimum Guarantee (MG):- The client has to pay the exact amount refers to the minimum number of persons to be paid for. If the actual number of attendees on the day of the event is less than the MG, there will be no refund of any kind false. If MG increases more than 10% the person chargeable will be increases too and there will no guaranteed service and food.

Cancellation Charges

19% of the total booking amount charged if cancelled 20 Days prior the tour.

50% of the total booking amount charged if cancelled 7 Days prior the tour.

75 % total booking amount charged if cancelled less than 7 days of tour.

100 % total booking amount charged if cancelled less than 2 days of check in or NO SHOW.
